Refund and Returns Policy for GlooCart

At GlooCart, we aim to provide a satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund and Returns Policy explains our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital goods (e.g., downloadable software)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time frame:

  • Check your bank account again

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@gloocart.com.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
